TLG acknowledges the importance of education for all public servants in fulfilling Call to Action 57. TLG, with their partners, supports building training with a deep understanding of the history and lasting impacts of residential schools, the laws and rights of Indigenous Peoples, and the essential skill-based learning needed to support anti-racism and reconciliation efforts.
TLG supports Call to Action 62(iv) by partnering with Aboriginal peoples to support the development of Aboriginal content in education for all levels of government and business.
TLG is committed to advancing Call to Action 92 by creating meaningful training for the corporate sector on the history of Aboriginal peoples. TLG recognizes the importance of equitable access to training opportunities and the development of the skills required to create a inclusive work environment.
