Tell Me, Show Me, Let Me Try
TLG creates immersive training experiences using the “Tell Me, Show Me, Let Me Try” approach. “Tell Me” refers to first explaining the key concepts to the learner, followed by demonstrating the concepts in applicable situations, or “Show Me”. After providing the learner with the base knowledge, the learner applies their knowledge (“Let Me Try”) in an interactive form of a knowledge check to ensure the learner understands the information.
This interactive method covers all learning types, ensuring the information is communicated effectively to each learner and they are able to apply their knowledge upon completion of the training. The “Tell Me, Show Me, Let Me Try” approach is a proven learning method, helping learners to not just understand, but change their actions.
Accessibility
TLG knows that learning content needs to be available and applicable for everyone to take. TLG develops learning content with accessibility in mind, ensuring it meets all guidelines and all images and interactivity is available for all learners to enjoy. TLG includes features such as screen reader compatibility, closed captions, and keyboard navigation in all their courses to accommodate all abilities.
